Food and Nutrition Students Participate in Mac and Cheese Challenge
Food and Nutrition students participated in a Mac and Cheese Challenge hosted by New York Agriculture in the Classroom. They came up with three different recipes to make in class and then voted on which to submit for the challenge. They made a Creamy Stovetop Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese and a Bacon Mac and Cheese. After voting as a class, they decided to submit the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese but added the Bacon Crumb topping to it. We are awaiting the results.
