On March 6, Remsen middle school students participated in a Science Fair. At the start of the fair, the students gathered in the gym for a question and answer (Q&A) session. Following the Q&A from students and teachers, opening remarks were made and the judging began.

Many students from the middle school worked in teams to participate in the Science Fair. Each team displayed their ideas and research on tri-fold boards to engage the judges. Some teams also built or brought in 3D models of their projects to display with their research board. 

Additional congratulations to our finalists who will present at the Utica University Science Fair. The finalists include Brooklyn Helmer & Olivia Lalyer, Jackson LaBella & Jimmy Lehman, Alexis Stevens & Evalyn Gates, Emily Spatto, Allanah Lawlor & Cynthia Poczatek, Bryce Graves & Owen Piaschyck, Trent Jenny and Wyatt Rapson.

The Science Fair served as a great way for students to bond and challenge themselves and they are excited for next year’s event!
