Students Sample New Grape Juice to be Offered in Cafeterias
On April 29, students at Remsen Elementary tested out samples of New York grown concord grape juice that will soon be available as part of meals in Remsen’s cafeterias. The samples of New York Juice Co. Growing Grape juice were provided by the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Food Service Program and Farm to School Mohawk Valley.
A special guest dressed as a bunch of grapes also handed out grape-scented stickers to each student who was willing to try the juice sample.
The students’ reviews of the juice were overwhelmingly positive, with many students asking for more!
