Our marking period three Ram Ticket drawing was held at the end of our third marking period. Each winner received a $25 gift card.
All Remsen French students recently took the National French Contest, a 2-day computer-based assessment of their French comprehension skills according to their grade level.
For the last 2 weeks, 26 of our 4th-6th grade girls participated in an after school volleyball program.
Remsen’s Track and Field continues their record setting season with new records in girls high jump, girls 100 meter hurdles, boys steeplechase, boys 800, boys 1600, and a tie in pole vault.
On Tuesday, May 13th, students from Mr. Harlander's Real World Math class launched their model rockets.
On Monday, May 12th, representatives from First Source came in to speak with our Human Development class.
On Friday, May 9th the elementary held their annual Arbor Day ceremony. Once again this year, the elementary school was visited by Forest Ranger Chris Pelrah and Forester Dan Welc, as well as Smokey the Bear.
We’re proud to share that several of our Remsen FFA members attended the historic 100th New York FFA Convention in Syracuse, NY this past week!
On May 2nd and on May 10th, students in kindergarten through grade 6 participated in classroom lessons on personal safety. The lessons were taught by Ms. Kistowski and Lieutenant Morgan.
