Remsen Family Design Challenge
The Remsen Central School District will hold a STEAM Family Engineering Design Challenge on Tuesday, April 10 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Jr./Sr. High School Library.
Come in, put on your thinking cap, and work together to make some wonderful memories! Families will be challenged to build a safe stopping robot using various materials and supplies.
Make a team and have a great time! Each team must have one adult and one student between the ages of 8-13. Family members do not have to live in the same household and teams may not exceed six members.
Materials, supplies and refreshments will be provided at no cost to the family teams.
The event is funded by a grant through Curiosity Machine, a program that empowers children and their families to become leaders and innovators of the future by exposing them to various STEM content areas.
