Mrs. Obernesser

Some insider information about myself. This is my 7th year teaching at Remsen Central School but my 12th year teaching in general. Before teaching here, I taught at Cazenovia Central Schools. I am from Whitesboro. I attended MVCC then transferred to SUNY Oneonta. I have my degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and Human Ecology. I received my Master's degree through NYSUT and Touro College in Students with Disabilities, Generalist for Grades 5-9. I have a professional certification in Health Education, as well. I am also a Volunteer Field Editor for Taste of Home cooking magazine.

I got married in June of 2015 to my husband, Dylan. I have an almost 3 year old son and a one year old daughter. In the free time, that I still have, I enjoy being with my kids, going to my parent's camp in Old Forge, taking my dog, Remi, for walks, baking and hanging out.
