Below you will find details of various training opportunities in-district and out of district.  All in-district trainings will run 3 hours and can hold 5 participants.  Please register by email to tgeorge@remsencsd.org.

GRADEBOOK: In DISTRICT TRAINING- In this session you will learn to set up your own gradebook. This is a hands on interactive training session.  Please come prepared with your current grade book and details on your grade weighing methods. Utilization of the gradebook will allow you to quickly submit your grades into school tools report card. In addition, you will be able to access mulitple reports that will be useful to you, the student, and the parent. 

CPS UNITS: IN DISTRICT TRAINING- Class performance units.  In this session you will learn how to use a CPS unit in your classroom.  Intrigue your students with tools from "their world".  These clickers are similiar to remote controls and allow you to engage your students while obtaining meaningful assessment data applicable to your curriculum.  We have access to the electronic NYS standards database which can be utilized when building your lessons.

WEBSITE: IN DISTRICT TRAINING- In this session you will become familiar with Remen's website and the multiple uses that could be beneficial to you. Websites are one of the fastest growing communication forums for students, parents, staff and the community.  Please come prepared with and idea of what you would want to on your website.

OUT OF DISTRICT TRAINING- Register by filling out registration form and submitting to your buidling principal.  Registration forms will not be accepted by direct submission to the event itself.  Must have supervisor approval.
